I'm still hanging around too. Hmmm, our forum is no longer dead because of a discussion on death? There's irony in that statement somewhere...

No, the forum is not dead just yet, there are people here who yet breathe life into it.

I really don't care that much about grammar, assuming that the situation is not in the context of an attempted literary work. I much more concerned with an extremely annoying spelling deficiency syndrome. As such a thing remains ironic I will provide a correction: I find that spelling errors that should be readily apparent are quite ridiculous and unnecessary, particularly in this day of technology. Several solutions to a question of spelling are obvious. First of all, when in doubt, the writer should consult a dictionary, comparing the intended definition and the spelling used. If this solution is "too much work" then one might also consult a site such as www.dictionary.com. In fact, a simpler solution yet might be to search for the word on the search engine www.google.com. This site will provide the correct spelling (assuming your spelling to be incorrect). If it is a question of the correct word, one may search in google using the prefix define: . If any doubt remains one may type their post into Microsoft Word or a corresponding application. Within this application they may run a spell-check which will point out spelling errors. Using these methods, it is possible to eliminate most, if not all spelling and/or grammatical errors. Join us next week for a session on proper formatting according to the Modern Language Association. OK. Are You happy now Steel?

I find it somewhat amusing that a post regarding grammar has that word misspelled. Because it causes me such amusement, I'm going to just leave it there. And if you fix it, emrys, I'll put it back.
