Question: How did Thenin die? I know I didn't vote. Who else voted for her?

Thenin died because her vote was cast too late. Players not casting votes on time automatically vote for themselves. I know it does not appear that st1 cast his vote on time, but he told me over IM before the deadline, along with the fact that he might not be around in time (bible quiz practice, good for him!). Sorry, Deb, your sis is gone...

A wavering form appears in the town. The apparation appears to be a young lady dressed in a hunter green gown. There is something wrong with her neck, it is turned at a wierd angle. As she walks, or maybe floats, toward you, you see a rope tied about her neck. With growing horror you realize that it is the ghost of Thenin. The young seer that you lynched! She raises a finger to point at your chest and opens her mouth to proclaim, " I know something you don't know! I know something you don't know!" (heheheee. I love haunting.)

You're not supposed to talk! Though... that was kinda cool. Mebbe I'll give those dead one chance at haunting...sweet idea, Thenin. And again, sorry for this being so late... <mutters about having stuff going on in the nighttime>All who awoke the next morning in the now-depleted villiage were glad to find they were still alive. All, that is, except Mouse....his battered and bloody body was found propped against one of the supports of the lynching platform. There was a paper pinned above his head. preachpeanut grabbed it up and read the barely-legible scrawl aloud: "Victory is ours, since you have been so kind as to kill off your own. Thank you so very much for bringing about your own demise. You've saved us a bit of work. Most sincerely, st1_Emrys and Grammton Cleric, First Class" ElementFire and preachpeanut stared in horror at the hideously grinning faces of the men who they now knew to be werewolves. preachpeanut laughed, as if to shake of tension. "So it's you fellows, eh? I should have figured." "You should have," Grammton said, "but you didn't." With that, ElementFire and preachpeanut fled into the woods that surrounded the town, closely pursued by the two werewolves. They were never seen again. Hookay, werewolves won that game.... Who wants to play again and see if they can turn it around? And who wants to moderate (if anyone)? I wouldn't mind playing for once, if someone else wants my job. Okay, rules update! (just to put it all in one place) Days are 48 hours (since a lot of us run tight schedules and sometimes can't be online every day), and Nights are 24 hours. Only seven people are needed to commence play...but I'm changing the number of werewolves. There will only be one if we don't have more than seven people. That'll make it harder for the werewolf to survive, but also harder for the villagers to lynch the right person. All in all, a much more interesting game. And hopefully a longer one, too. Once a player is dead, he/she gets one last post so he/she can haunt the village. After that, SILENCE! Hookay.... signups! And if anyone has suggestions about rules, I'd be more than happy to take them. Once we have enough people for another game, we will not play in this thread. I'll start a new one. This thread is now for discussion/signups ONLY. A'right...now who wants to play the next game?

Well...actually, somebody's going to have to take over for me, since my parents are narrow-minded... anything violent, even in writing, and they're against it. <vehement incoherent muttering> Bottom line: No more werewolf for me. Darnit.

Is that so? Then I shan't play either, but I am most curious about this...you are allowed to watch the Lord of the Rings movies, even own them...right? Ah, me, the parents must be respected and honored even under dire circumstances!

I think it's the thing about participating in it. "Virtuality becomes reality all to often," etc., etc., etc.
